1. 预约服务

A booking submitted through this website is a "request" and becomes valid only after our confirmation. We may discuss scheduling adjustments with you based on physician availability.

您通过本网站提交的预约为「意向预约」，需经我们确认后方为有效。我们可能根据医师排班与您沟通调整时间。

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation

• After confirmation, changes require at least 24 hours' notice via the website
• 预约确认后，如需变更请提前至少 24 小时操作
• Failure to reschedule/cancel 24 hours in advance and not showing up is recorded as a "no-show"
• 未提前 24 小时且未到店，视为「未履约（爽约）」
• Repeated no-shows may affect the priority of future booking confirmations
• 多次未履约可能影响后续预约的确认优先级

3. Visit & Completion

After your visit is completed, the booking status is updated to "completed." Please raise any questions about the service on-site or as soon as possible afterwards.

预约到店完成服务后，预约状态更新为「已完成」；如对服务有任何疑问，请当场或及时与我们沟通。
